Fitness For Life is a training center for the young at heart. A space where functional movement education and wellness come together. Services include 1:1 personal training customized to the individual. Functional Fitness classes & small group training . Fitness For Life also offers a hybrid 3 month Lifestyle transformation program. Deanna Bassett, owner , is a Licensed Nurse, Personal Trainer, a Pain Free Performance Specialist, C-Yoga teacher, spin instructor and an AL-Candidate. Deanna holds as her personal mission helping people improve the quality of their lives, through controllable factors, training, mindset and nutrition. She is deeply invested in facilitating positive outcomes for her clients.
Deanna takes a multidimensional approach when assessing clients, creates science backed training programs for the individuals' unique needs and health statuses , meeting people exactly where they are and utilizing best methods to ensure best outcomes.

This class focuses on full-body movements, incorporating mobility and weight-bearing exercises to help you develop the foundational functional movements needed for daily life activities. Our experienced trainers will guide you through each exercise, and participants are encouraged to add weights to their movements as appropriate.
